It's a spacious 1000 sqft, was just fully remodeled, retains plenty of character and boasts loads of windows and light. Recharge from your trip in style with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 new queen mem foam beds, 55" TV, new sofa, work & dining areas, new bathroom, walk-in closet, and free off-street parking. Our apartment is a comfortable, modern, clean and convenient space to spend your trip to Quincy and the Boston area. It is on the 2nd floor of a 2 unit building. The entire space was remolded and furnished in 2019 and includes hard wood floors, three memory foam queen beds, a large 55" TV with Netflix, HBO Max, AppleTV+, Discovery+, Disney+, ESPN+ Hulu, Amazon Prime, Peacock, and Curiosity. There is a second TV in one of the bedrooms, a couple of comfortable sofas with coffee table, dining table and chairs, a desk for work, luggage racks, walk-in closet, iron/ironing board, shared laundry room, patio with dining table, and back yard. The Kitchen has everything you need with plenty of counter/cabinet space, sink, refrigerator, gas range/oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knifes and cutting board, glasses, flat-wear and utensils. We have it stocked with coffee, tea, food and snacks. The bathroom, like everything else, is brand new and spacious with large vanity, commode, and stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, hair drier, iron and ironing board. The unit has it's own heat and thermostat as well as window AC units in each bedroom. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, did I mention it's just a few houses from the beach :), with both on and off-street parking. You are walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and other amenities. This apartment is in a two unit building, both units are short-term rentals. The sound insulation is good but not perfect, please be courteous to your neighbors. No instant booking for local guests, if you are local please reach out to us explaining the reason for your stay. You will have private access to the entire apartment. The shared spaces include the back yard, patio and laundry room and they are shared with the one other unit in this building. We will interact with guests as much or as little as they like. We're happy to help with recommendations on getting around the city and surrounding areas, on local attractions, and our favorite places to eat. Wollaston is a nice, quiet and very safe neighborhood. It is made up mainly of small to medium homes with the beach, business, and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is 150 yards away and only a 1-2 minute walk, there is a a great corner market only a few blocks away and many more conveniences can be found with a 10-15 minute walk or short drive. There is also a nearby park and playground. You can access the home very easily by car or public transportation. We are a 17 minute, 0.8 mile walk from the North Quincy T Station on the Red Line which gets you downtown in 25 minutes. We live close to highway 93 which provides quick access to Boston and the South Shore. You can drive to downtown Boston in 15 minutes, the airport in about 15 minutes, Plymouth in 45 minutes and to Cape Cod in an hour. These times can vary with traffic. Included is one driveway parking spot and any additional cars can park for free on the street. Street parking does not require a permit and there are no time limits, note it is a oneway street and you can only park on the North side. This apartment is in a two unit building, both units are short-term rentals. The sound insulation is good but not perfect, please be courteous to your neighbors.

July 2026 5.00We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units for our stay, so it was very convenient to have access to the entire house! Both units are very comfortable and are well-stocked for your stay. It is a very short walk to the beach and popular restaurants. Very short car ride into the city.

June 2026 5.00My family of four (kids 4 and 2) had a fantastic week-long stay at Todd’s place. The location was great a few blocks from the beach and in a walkable neighborhood. Our visit coincided with a heat wave, but the wall units in the bedrooms held up well and kept things cool at night. Place was clean and well maintained. Todd was a very responsive host.

The pictures match the location, and the place was clean and items were labeled. They even have a book that provides more information about the area which we appreciated. I would definitely look to book this place again!

June 2026 5.00Such a gem of a place in Quincy, MA! Half a block walk to the beach, ~20-minute walk to shops, restaurants and subway, all as advertised. What stood out to me was how well prepared and stocked up everything was (it has not been the case with other rentals). We arrived in the late evening and I did not need to worry about my morning coffee because K-cups and fixings were right there! Also available were beach needs (cooler, chairs, towels) and games and books for the rainy days. Host Todd responded quickly when we had trouble with the door code. Highly recommend and I'd certainly visit again.
